You may be asked to provide your full name, surname, and date of birth; this information must match your ID exactly.
Child discounts are only valid when a child ID card is shown.

2. Punctuality & Attendance Policy

You must arrive at the meeting point at least 15–20 minutes before the scheduled start time (15 minutes for Papal Audience, 20 minutes for Vatican Museums).
Late arrivals will not be allowed to join the tour and no refunds or rescheduling will be possible unless you book and pay again.
The tour may depart up to 20 minutes later than the scheduled time due to security and crowd control procedures.

3. Dress Code – Strictly Enforced

To access places of worship and the Vatican Museums, both men and women must cover their shoulders and knees.
Sleeveless tops, shorts, and revealing clothing are not allowed.
Entry will be denied if the dress code is not respected. No refunds will be issued.

4. Access & Site Limitations

St. Peter’s Basilica access is not guaranteed, especially during Papal Audiences, religious holidays, Masses, or sudden closures.
Seats during the Papal Audience are not guaranteed, as it is a public event.
Guide service is not included during the Papal Audience.
The Papal Audience ticket is free of charge. In the event of cancellation (not caused by us), no refund is due.

5. Security & Site Regulations

All visitors must pass through airport-style security checks. Expect 20–30 minutes of wait time.
For faster screening, place all items (including phones and keys) inside your bag or the tray.
Large bags, backpacks, and suitcases are not allowed inside the monuments. Only small bags are permitted.
There is no cloakroom at the Vatican or Colosseum.
Security restrictions or capacity limitations may cause delays or changes in the itinerary, especially during holidays or Vatican events.

6. Accessibility & Physical Conditions

The tour is not wheelchair- or stroller-accessible.
It is not recommended for people with walking disabilities or limited mobility due to uneven surfaces.
Pets are not allowed.

7. Cancellations, Changes, and Refund Policy

No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to comply with the rules.
Closures or disruptions due to weather, security, or Vatican decisions are outside our control and will be handled case by case, but are not our responsibility.
